Includes buggy and valet service, 5 mins to resort or harbour village. Free shuttle bus around the island outside driveway.
La Bella Waters has a private pool and outdoor spa for guests only. You are also welcome to use all of the island’s resort facilities.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and marble ensuite with spa designed for two. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have 2 king single beds that can be converted to a king bed if desired and their own ensuites as well.
In addition, there are 2 foldaway beds, which can be set up in the study to create a fourth bedroom using the Japanese screen for privacy. Also provided, if needed, is a baby cot, linen, change table and high chair. The study has broadband internet connected, ask about access to this facility during your stay.
The two upstairs bedrooms each have their own balcony with outdoor settings to enjoy the magnificent sea views and watch the parade of boats heading to and from the Great Barrier Reef, Whitehaven beach or other popular Whitsunday destinations; you may also see whales during the calving season in winter/spring.
The 3rd bedroom with en suite is located downstairs and has its own garden area.
Hairdryers are supplied.
The villa is very spacious and beautifully fitted out; it has living and dining areas, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and top quality European appliances. For outdoor dining, a very popular thing to do in the Whitsundays, the outdoor table setting can accommodate 8 people under a large covered patio, extending out to a private courtyard and garden; you can use the BBQ surrounded by nature and enjoy your meals overlooking the sea views.
The villa has 2 TV’s, 1 LCD TV, CD player,3 DVD players. DVDs and videos are available to rent from the village and we have a selection of CDs, DVDs and videos available also; bring along your own favourites as well.
The laundry has a washing machine and dryer, and fourth toilet. Linen is provided but bring your beach towels please.
Fans, air-conditioning, and the wonderful sea breeze help keep the villa cool.

Hamilton Island lies on the same tropical latitude as Honolulu in the northern hemisphere and Mauritius in the south. It has a year round warm tropical climate with an average temperature of 27.4 degrees Celsius. Its maximum summer temperatures (December, January and February) are around 30 degrees Celsius, with maximum winter temperatures (June, July and August) around 23 degrees

Local Attractions
Over 80 per cent of Hamilton Island has been carefully preserved in its natural state so that visitors can continue to enjoy the pristine beauty of the island's fabulous beaches, unspoilt nature trails and secluded hideaways.
As the largest inhabited island in the Whitsundays, Hamilton Island is the only island with an airport catering for direct commercial and charter flights. It is serviced by at least 48 flights a week by Qantas Airways, including direct flights from Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Cairns with convenient connections to domestic and international ports. Virgin is now operating from Brisbane also.
Hamilton Island has its own medical centre and pharmacy.
The village has everything you need, from general store to restaurants, bakery, hairdresser, beautician, yacht club happy hours, boat hire, fishing trips, diving trips to the Great Barrier Reef.
You may use the hotel facilities and the water sports, kids Clownfish Club for 5-14 year olds, and a Junior childminding Centre for ages 6 weeks to 4 years, sports club (gym, tennis courts, fitness classes) and the many varied fun activities on offer.
Or you can relax around the other resort pools and enjoy a few cocktails.
There is also a golf water driving range, shooting range, and mini golf.
Enjoy wonderful bush walking to deserted beaches, where you may glimpse a turtle, to the mangrove flats or up to Passage Peak for a breathtaking view of Hamilton Island and the Whitsundays. Well worth the effort and very rewarding!
